Lead Generation Team Lead

Location: Taguig City, Philippines (Onsite)
Shift: Day Shift (8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM)
Salary: PHP 30,000–35,000/month

We are looking for a Lead Generation Team Lead to oversee a team responsible for generating qualified business leads and supporting sales growth. You will guide team performance, convert inbound inquiries into opportunities, schedule appointments with prospective clients, and help drive B2B sales initiatives.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Business or Marketing preferred).
- At least 2 years of lead generation experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience leading a team of 5 or more members.
- Experience in B2B sales or marketing is an advantage.
- Telesales or cold-calling experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and lead generation tools.
- Strong communication, leadership, and customer relationship management skills.
