Join our growing BPO team! We are hiring for Content Moderation, Beauty, and Streaming Accounts. If you have at least 1 year of BPO experience and are looking for a new career opportunity, we'd love to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries through phone, chat, or email (Beauty & Streaming Accounts)
Review and moderate online content according to company guidelines (Content Moderation Account)
Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
Maintain quality, accuracy, and excellent customer service
Escalate complex or sensitive issues when necessary

Qualifications

At least 1 year of BPO experience required
Previous content moderation experience is an advantage (for Content Moderation)
Experience in customer service, beauty, retail, or streaming accounts is a plus
High School, Senior High School, College Undergraduate, or College Graduate
Good communication and comprehension skills
Strong attention to detail
Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
