Job Summary
We are looking for experienced Medical Billing Specialists to join our Healthcare – Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) account. The ideal candidate will handle medical billing processes, insurance claim submissions, and payment follow-ups, ensuring accuracy and compliance with healthcare standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Process and review medical claims for submission to insurance companies.
• Verify patient information, billing data, and insurance details.
• Follow up on unpaid or denied claims and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of billing activities and payments.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications
• At least High School (old curriculum) graduate, SHS Graduate, Associate/Vocational Graduate, Undergraduate, or College Graduate.
• 1–2 years of related BPO experience required, with a minimum of 6 months in medical billing.
• Must be proficient in English (written and verbal).
• Filipino applicants only.
• Preferably residing in Manila or nearby provinces and available for immediate on-site assessment/interview.
• Must not be a job hopper (less than one year per company).
• Must be amenable to full-time on-site work in Taguig.
