WORK SETUP: Onsite
WORK SCHEDULE: Shifting
SALARY: ₱25,000 – ₱33,000 (depending on experience)
Role Overview:
We are seeking a Medical Billing Specialist to join our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team. You will handle medical billing inquiries, resolve patient and provider concerns, and ensure accurate claims processing.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and review medical billing claims accurately .
Resolve patient and provider billing inquiries .
Explain complex billing concepts in a simple, clear manner .
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and confidentiality .
Collaborate with insurance companies for claims resolution .
Maintain accurate records in the billing system .
Qualifications:
1–2 years experience in medical billing, healthcare RCM, or customer support – required .
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to explain complex billing concepts simply .
Excellent verbal and written communication skills .
Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality .
Age limit: 50 years old and below – strict .
