Support reporting and Management Information System activities within a BPO environment, with a focus on Contact Center and Workforce Management (WFM) operations. Prepare and maintain Excel-based reports and dashboards, analyze operational data, and support accurate reporting for business and operational needs. The role requires experience in MIS/reporting, contact center or WFM operations, and knowledge of relevant contact center/WFM metrics. The position is fully onsite and requires a shifting schedule.
