Role: Multilingual Customer Support Executive – Bahasa (Indonesia)

Language: Bahasa (Indonesia) (Fluent) – Mandatory

Location: Quezon City, Philippines (Candidates willing to relocate may also apply)

Work Schedule: Rotational / Night Shift

Salary: PHP 38,239.33 – PHP 60,946.00

Experience: 0–3 Years

Joining: ASAP

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, chat, email, and other support channels.
Provide customer support in Bahasa (Indonesia) and English.
Assist customers with account-related inquiries, billing concerns, service requests, product information, and general support.
Resolve customer concerns efficiently while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Communicate professionally with customers from diverse backgrounds.
Accurately document customer interactions using company systems and tools.
Meet quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction targets.
Build customer trust through effective communication and problem-solving.
Perform other duties as assigned to support business operations.

Eligibility Criteria

Fluent in Bahasa (Indonesia) (spoken and written).
Working knowledge of English is required.
Open to candidates with or without BPO experience.
Previous Collections or Order-to-Cash (O2C) experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Must be legally eligible to work in the Philippines with a valid work visa.
Candidates requiring visa sponsorship should mention it during the application process.
