Multilingual Customer Support Specialist (Thai)
Location: Quezon City, Metro Manila
Work Setup: 100% Onsite
Schedule: Shifting / Night Shift

We're looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Thai-speaking professionals to join our growing multilingual support team. What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, chat, email, and other support channels.
- Provide professional support in Thai and English.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, billing concerns, service requests, product information, and general support.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Accurately document customer interactions using internal systems and tools.
- Meet quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Build customer loyalty through excellent communication and problem-solving.
- Perform other operational duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Thai (spoken and written).
- Good working knowledge of English.
- Open to applicants with or without BPO experience.
- Previous Collections experience is an advantage but not required.
- Knowledge of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process is a plus.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Must have a valid Philippine working visa.
- Willing to work 100% onsite in Quezon City on a shifting/night shift schedule.
