We are looking for a Multilingual Language Specialist (Vietnamese) to provide language support by communicating effectively in both Vietnamese and English. The role involves handling customer inquiries, translating or interpreting information when required, resolving issues, and ensuring high-quality service across multiple communication channels. The ideal candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills in Vietnamese and English, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused approach.
