We're Hiring: Multilingual Service Desk Analyst – Dutch & French (Trilingual)
Location: One World Square, McKinley Hill, Taguig City, Philippines (Onsite)
Shift: Rotational/Shifting Schedule
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: Open Budget
Job Overview
We are looking for a Multilingual Service Desk Analyst who is fluent in Dutch and French to provide technical support and exceptional customer service. Candidates with strong communication skills and technical troubleshooting experience are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
Resolve user issues with accuracy and excellent customer service.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system-related concerns.
Process service requests and work orders following standard procedures.
Escalate unresolved issues as required.
Maintain productivity and quality standards.
Stay updated on products, tools, and operational processes.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
Perform other tasks assigned by the Service Desk Manager.
Qualifications
Fluent in Dutch and French (speaking, reading, and writing).
Minimum 2 years of Technical Support or Service Desk experience.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Willing to work 100% onsite in Taguig City.
Candidates with Permanent Resident Visa (PRV) or Temporary Resident Visa (TRV) are preferred, although the client can also process a working visa.
