Job Title: Network Engineer

Salary Package: Up to PHP 43,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Network Engineer to join our team in Cebu City. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, supporting, and securing our network infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance across the organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with enterprise networking and firewall technologies, along with proven leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

· Design, implement, and manage network and security solutions.
· Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot firewalls, VPNs, and network infrastructure.
· Monitor network performance and ensure system reliability and security.
· Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver network projects and resolve issues.
· Maintain documentation related to network configuration, policies, and procedures.
· Ensure compliance with security policies and industry best practices.

Qualifications

· Completed at least 2nd year in college; College graduate preferred.
· At least 5 years of relevant experience in networking and firewall management.
· Minimum 2 years of leadership or team mentoring experience.
· Cisco certification is a plus but not required.
· Hands-on experience with at least two (2) of the following:
· Palo Alto Firewall
· Check Point Firewall
· Panorama
· GlobalProtect VPN
· IPsec and SSL VPNs
· FortiGate Firewall
· Stable employment history; not a job hopper.
· Must not be a current or former employee of Wipro.
· Willing to work on shifting schedules and onsite in Cebu City.
