Role Overview:

We are seeking a Network Engineer with deep expertise in implementing complex Data Centre Network Infrastructure and executing network project deployments involving application migration.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and execute assigned network delivery projects.

Perform coordination with internal/external vendors, bank personnel, and stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with bank standards, processes, and controls.

Perform documentation, knowledge transfer, and handover to operations teams.

Implement network infrastructure migration projects, especially application flow through firewalled environments.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field – required.

Minimum 10 years practical experience in implementing complex Data Centre Network Infrastructure – required.

Minimum 5 years expert-level experience in Routing & Switching (Catalyst, Nexus) – required.

1-2 years hands-on experience with VMWare NSX & DFW – required.

Exposure to DNS and SDWAN at conceptual level.

Strong hands-on experience: Cisco NX-OS & IOS-XE, Fortinet, Juniper, Cisco firewalls.

Expert understanding of TCP/IP, Ethernet protocols, IGP & BGP, IP-based networking architecture.

Experience with Cisco ACI, NX-OS & IOS-XE platform configuration.

Basic knowledge of Python scripting.

Proven experience working on large-scale projects.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.
