Role Overview • Assist customers with UK telecommunications and webhosting services
• Handle sales inquiries and recommend suitable products or services
• Deliver excellent customer service while achieving sales targets
Qualifications • At least High School Graduate • More than 6 months of BPO experience • Good communication and customer service skills • Willing to work onsite
