Role Overview • Handle customer inquiries related to retail products, orders, and services • Resolve customer concerns efficiently while delivering excellent service • Maintain a positive customer experience through every interaction
Qualifications • High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate • At least 12 months of Customer Care Experience (CCE) or Technical Support Representative (TSR) experience • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
