Role Overview • Handle customer inquiries related to web hosting services • Troubleshoot basic hosting and account concerns • Deliver professional and timely customer support
Qualifications • At least High School Graduate • Must have more than 6 months of BPO experience • Willing to work onsite • Must be available for a walk-in application process
