We are currently seeking dynamic professionals to join our specialized UK Telecommunications team. This role centers on delivering high-quality customer support, billing assistance, and technical troubleshooting for premium telecom subscribers in the United Kingdom.


Minimum Qualifications:

 * Education: High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate.

 * Experience: Must possess more than six (6) months of continuous BPO experience.

 * Work Setup: Strictly an onsite operational role at our local site.


Core Responsibilities:

 * Efficiently resolve inquiries regarding mobile and broadband services, plans, and account management.

 * Navigate internal databases accurately while adhering to international service level agreements.

 * Maintain a high standard of professional customer care tailored to the UK market.
