P2P Lead - Vendor Master Data Management - Shared Services Setup

Location: Philippines - Hybrid / Onsite

Work Setup: Day Shift / Mid Shift

ABOUT US - LEAD OUR P2P OPERATIONS:

Join us as a Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Lead and drive our Accounts Payable function forward! We're looking for a seasoned leader with deep AP expertise and proven experience in managing high-performing teams within a BPO / Shared Services environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Lead end-to-end Accounts Payable operations and ensure service excellence

- Own Vendor Master Data Management (VMD) - ensuring accuracy, compliance, and integrity

- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of AP specialists to achieve operational goals

- Drive SLA adherence, quality metrics, and continuous performance improvement

- Partner with clients, customers, and cross-functional teams for seamless delivery

- Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and transformation opportunities

- Support transitions and ensure stable service operations during change

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business Admin, or related field

- Experience: 6-10 years in Accounts Payable operations

- Leadership: At least 2-3 years in a People Management / Team Lead role

- Expertise: Strong hands-on experience in Vendor Master Data Management (VMD)

- Background: Proven experience in BPO, Shared Services, or Global Business Services (GBS)

- Management: Experience leading offshore, remote, or distributed teams

- Stakeholder: Experience working directly with clients and customer stakeholders

- Plus: Experience in operational transitions, service stabilization, and process transformation
