Job Title : Pharmacovigilance Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for a Pharmacovigilance Specialist to support pharmaceutical safety operations, primarily involving safety case processing and pharmacovigilance activities. The role will be responsible for accurately processing and managing safety cases using pharmacovigilance safety databases while maintaining quality and compliance with established procedures.

The ideal candidate should have a background in Pharmacy or Nursing and relevant experience in pharmacovigilance, particularly in safety case processing using databases such as Veeva Safety or Argus.

Key Responsibilities

Perform safety case processing activities in accordance with established pharmacovigilance procedures.
Review, process, and maintain safety cases accurately and within required timelines.
Use pharmacovigilance safety databases such as Veeva Safety Database and Argus.
Ensure accurate documentation and maintenance of safety case information.
Follow applicable safety, quality, and process requirements.
Identify and address discrepancies or missing information during case processing.
Maintain accuracy and quality while handling pharmacovigilance-related data.
Communicate effectively with internal teams regarding case-processing requirements and issues.
Meet assigned productivity and quality expectations.

Qualifications

Pharmacy graduates are required, with or without an active professional license.
Nursing graduates will also be considered.
1–2 years of safety case processing experience in Pharmacovigilance is required.
Experience working with pharmacovigilance safety databases such as Veeva Safety Database or Argus.
Good communication skills.
Willingness to work fully onsite during training.
Willingness to work hybrid during production, with 3 days onsite per week, in Taguig.
Candidates should be comfortable working in a process-driven healthcare/pharmacovigilance environment.

Important Eligibility

Pharmacy graduates are mandatory/preferred for the role; Nursing graduates may also be considered.
Active professional license is NOT mandatory for Pharmacy graduates.
Candidates must have 1–2 years of relevant Pharmacovigilance safety case processing experience.
Experience with Veeva Safety Database and/or Argus is important.
Candidates without relevant safety case processing/PV experience may not be suitable for this requirement.
Candidates must be willing to work 100% onsite during the training period.
After moving to production, candidates must be willing to work hybrid with 3 days onsite per week in Taguig.
Candidates must be available to join on November 3.
Salary is up to PHP 37,000 package.
