Job Title: PHRN CODERS
Work Schedule: Night shift
Work setup: Hybrid in MOA, Pasay
Salary: Basic Pay: 24K, Complexity: 4K, Coding Allowance: 20K, Process Allowance: 4K, Standard: 2,675 (Package: P54,675.00)
No. of headcounts: 2
Target Start date: Aug 10

Qualifications:

• Coding experience: 2-3 yrs
• Strong experience in ICD - 10/CPT or HCPCS Medical Coding Systems
• Active CPC or CPMA License
• Active PRC License
• With or without Bill Review experience
• Should not be a former or current employee of EXL

Recruitment Process:

Validation - Screening with CV Reviewer - Virtual interview (schedule 9 PM onwards) - Other interviews with the Operations team

Screening Questions:

1. Do you have the following? Active CPC or CPMA License and Active PRC License
2. How many years of coding experience do you have?
3. Strong experience in ICD - 10/CPT or HCPCS Medical Coding Systems
4. Are you amenable to a hybrid setup in MOA, Pasay with a night shift schedule?
