Job Title: Project Manager

Work Location: EDSA Greenfield

Work Setup & Schedule: Hybrid/ GY

Salary Range: PHP 80,000 – 110,000

Job responsibilities

•Project Management: Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

•Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders during the implementation process, addressing any concerns and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.

•Resource Management: Allocate and manage resources effectively to ensure project milestones are met. This includes coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.

•Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve implementation processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• Risk and Issues Management: Identify potential risks and active issues. Develop mitigation strategies or solutions to problems with the project team to ensure successful project outcomes.

•Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies and plans with the project team that maximise adoption and minimise resistance.

•Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and other project artefacts

Qualifications:

•BA/BS degree or equivalent experience

•At least 1 year of experience in a managerial capacity in the BPO or Call Centre industry

•At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager

•Project management certification or designation is desired (e.g., Scrum Master Level 1 or above, Project Management Professional, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner, Prosci Change Manager)

•Proficient in MS Office tools (MS 365: MS Teams, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Visio, MS Planner, MS Lists, etc.)

•Experience leading the implementation of medium to large-scale projects, with the ability to effectively facilitate meetings and develop detail-oriented, quality deliverables in support of new project implementations

•Experience managing people and facilitating teams

•Experience communicating and negotiating with senior-level management, including executives and above

•Experience and knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools

•Experience with program management principles, methodologies, and tools

•Experience with large-scale organisational change efforts

•Experience with call centre technology and processes
