QA Test Lead – Oracle Fusion (Healthcare Domain | Tosca | Oracle HCM)

Lead Quality. Drive Testing Excellence.

We are looking for an experienced QA Test Lead to define and execute enterprise testing strategies for Oracle Fusion applications within the healthcare industry. This role is ideal for a strong testing professional with leadership experience, hands-on expertise in Tosca, and deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM.

Key Responsibilities

Define and drive end-to-end testing strategies across functional, non-functional, integration, and regression testing.
Lead test planning, effort estimation, and execution for releases and project initiatives.
Implement risk-based testing approaches to maximize quality and business value.
Establish and monitor QA metrics, including defect leakage, test coverage, and testing cycle efficiency.
Develop QA standards, frameworks, playbooks, and best practices to improve testing maturity.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, and client leadership to ensure successful delivery.
Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to QA team members.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across testing processes and quality assurance practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of relevant QA/Testing experience, including experience in a Test Lead or QA Lead role.
Proven experience within the Healthcare industry.
Strong hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca test automation.
Mandatory expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM.
Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Finance and/or Supply Chain modules is an advantage.
Familiarity with Oracle Application Testing Suite (OATS) is a plus.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Stable employment history with demonstrated long-term commitment in previous role.
