Are you a technically skilled QA professional with BPO experience? This role is for you!




YOU MUST HAVE:

  • 2–4 years BPO experience in technical support, QA or ad tech
  • Strong SQL skills (joins, CTEs, window functions)
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON/XML payload debugging
  • Knowledge of server-side tracking, webhooks and SDK implementation
  • Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads or TikTok for Business
  • Understanding of conversion tracking and attribution models
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or related field




WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Conduct QA evaluations of support tickets, chats and escalation cases
  • Write and execute SQL queries to validate data pipelines and conversion tracking
  • Audit API integrations, webhook configurations and SDK implementations
  • Validate conversion tracking setups and attribution model outputs
  • Deliver coaching feedback and participate in calibration sessions
  • Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly QA performance reports
