• Must have a helpdesk-type background (hardware and software troubleshooting experience).
• Familiar with operating systems troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Microsoft products is required.
• Must have experience supporting a BPO environment.
• Minimum of 6 months of QA or related experience.
• Must be an IT graduate or an undergraduate with at least 2 years of college.
• Candidates with telco or general tech backgrounds are not accepted (automatically rejected).
