We are seeking a skilled and motivated Quality Team Lead to oversee and elevate the performance of our quality assurance operations. You will lead a team, enforce process compliance, and champion continuous improvement to ensure that client quality standards are not only met but exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop the quality team to ensure high performance and standards.

- Ensure strict adherence to process guidelines and compliance requirements.
- Plan and allocate resources effectively, aligning them with process targets and goals.
- Monitor and track key process parameters and quality metrics.
- Implement best practices and ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently met.
- Contribute to short- and long-term process strategy, goals, and improvements.
- Oversee quality initiatives and ensure client quality targets are achieved and surpassed.
