WE’RE HIRING | REAL-TIME ANALYST (RTA)
Location: Alphaland, Makati City
Work Setup: Onsite
Schedule: Shifting
Account: Telco
Salary: Up to ₱27K
Hiring: 1 Position
What You’ll Do
- Monitor real-time contact center performance and operations.
- Support workforce planning, staffing, scheduling, and forecasting.
- Monitor key contact center KPIs and service levels.
- Identify operational gaps and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Support workforce management processes and systems.
- Analyze data and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with operations and other stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement of day-to-day processes.
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of WFM/RTA experience
- 1+ year of BPO experience
- Experience in forecasting, staffing, scheduling, and real-time monitoring.
- Knowledge of WFM tools and contact center KPIs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
- Telco/BPO experience is an advantage.
