Qualifications:

  • At least 1 to 3 years of experience in U.S. healthcare recruitment
  • Must have experience recruiting U.S. healthcare professionals, particularly:
    • U.S. Registered Nurses (USRNs)
    • U.S. Travel Nurses
    • Community Nurses
    • Other U.S. healthcare staffing roles
  • Must have full-cycle recruitment experience, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates for U.S. clients
  • Must be able to build and maintain pipelines of specialized clinical talent to support high-volume hiring requirements
  • Must be proficient in advanced sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and healthcare databases
  • Must have a strong understanding of U.S. credentialing, licensure, and compliance requirements
  • Must be comfortable working in a metrics-driven RPO environment
  • Must be able to collaborate effectively with hiring managers, onboarding teams, and credentialing teams

Job Responsibilities / Scope of Work:

  • Handle full-cycle recruitment for U.S. healthcare roles
  • Source, screen, interview, and place qualified candidates for U.S. clients
  • Recruit healthcare professionals including U.S. Registered Nurses, U.S. Travel Nurses, Community Nurses, and other U.S. healthcare talent
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of specialized clinical talent for high-volume hiring demands
  • Use advanced sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and healthcare databases to identify qualified candidates
  • Ensure candidates meet U.S. credentialing, licensure, and compliance requirements
  • Work in a metrics-driven RPO environment while meeting hiring targets and recruitment timelines
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers, onboarding teams, and credentialing teams to ensure smooth hiring and placement processes
