We’re hiring an SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) Consultant with strong experience in SAP MDG, SAP ABAP, SAP Business Objects Data Services (BODS), SAP Master Data Migration, SAP S/4HANA Migration, and data governance solutions. If you have a background in SAP consulting, master data management, data migration, and enterprise transformation projects, this is an excellent opportunity to work on large-scale SAP initiatives.

Location: Taguig City (Hybrid)
Schedule: Shifting (project-dependent)
Eligibility: Applicants must already have the right to live and work in the Philippines

What You’ll Do

* Design and implement SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) and Master Data Management (MDM) solutions
* Lead business transformation and SAP data governance projects
* Develop and configure SAP workflows, BRF, FPM, and RICEFW objects
* Build and optimize SAP BODS extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) jobs
* Support SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA master data migration projects
* Work with LTMC, LSMW, ABAP programs, and Syniti ADM for data migration and conversion activities
* Conduct diagnostic assessments, process design, and operating model improvements
* Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable SAP solutions

What We’re Looking For

* Strong experience in SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) and Master Data Management (MDM)
* Hands-on expertise in SAP ABAP, workflows, BRF, FPM, and RICEFW development
* Experience with SAP Business Objects Data Services (BODS)
* Knowledge of SAP MDG architecture, data models, CVI, and deployment approaches
* Experience in SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA data migration, including LTMC, LSMW, and ABAP-based migration tools
* Exposure to Syniti Advanced Data Migration (ADM) is a strong advantage
* Strong analytical, consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* Willingness to work in a hybrid and shifting schedule environment
