Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP OTC Consultant – Lead with strong expertise in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD), Order-to-Cash (OTC), and Transportation Management (TM). The role involves business requirement gathering, SAP configuration, solution design, testing, implementation, production support, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead business requirement gathering and analyze system requirements.
Design and configure SAP SD/TM solutions based on business needs.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
Perform SAP configuration and manage transport requests.
Develop test plans, test cases, and coordinate UAT and integration testing.
Support SAP implementations, rollouts, enhancements, and change requests.
Act as a liaison between business users and SAP ABAP/development teams.
Troubleshoot production incidents and resolve SAP SD/TM support tickets within SLAs.
Support end users with Order-to-Cash and transportation-related queries.
Prepare configuration, technical, training, and user documentation.
Identify opportunities for process optimization, system improvements, and cost efficiencies.
Support CSV documentation, including URS, risk assessments, traceability matrices, and SOPs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
5–10 years of SAP SD/OTC experience.
Strong experience in SAP Sales & Distribution and LE-Transportation / SAP TM.
End-to-end knowledge of Order-to-Cash, including:
- Sales Order Management
- Delivery Processing
- Billing and E-Invoicing
- Intercompany Billing
- Pricing and Output Determination
- ATP, Batch & Serial Management
- Returns Handling
- Shipment Costing
- SD/TM Master Data
Experience with IDOC, BAPI, LSMW, Fiori Apps, and RICEFW functional specifications.
Experience with SAP Vistex DMP and FSCM/Credit Management is preferred.
Knowledge of SD integration with MM, FI, and EWM.
At least 2 full-cycle SAP implementations/rollouts.
Strong production support and troubleshooting experience.
Exposure to ABAP debugging, OData, middleware/interfaces, Web Services, SPROXY, and SOAP is an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Knowledge of Agile methodology is an advantage.

Important Information

Candidates must be willing to work 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM.
This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days onsite in Parañaque.
Current or former employees of the client are not eligible.
