SAP SD/MM TECHNO-FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT

*Salary*: Up to ₱180,000

*Work Setup*: Hybrid

Work Schedule*: Mid Shift

*Position Description*

The SAP SD/MM Techno-functional specialist possesses a core understanding of ABAP basics, allowing them to independently troubleshoot system issues through debugging and effectively translate complex business needs into precise technical specifications.

They ensure that business processes—specifically Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Procure-to-Pay (PTP)—are supported by a system that is technically sound, scalable, and aligned with SAP best practices.

*Key Responsibilities*

- Lead requirement-gathering workshops and translate business needs into functional solutions

- Perform gap analysis and determine where standard SAP configuration ends and custom development begins

- Perform end-to-end configuration for SAP SD: Pricing, Billing, Shipping and SAP MM: Purchasing, Inventory Management, STO

- Maintain and optimize master data structures for customers, vendors, and materials

- Troubleshoot and debug ABAP code to identify root causes of system errors or logic failures

- Author detailed Functional Specifications that provide clear logic and data mapping for ABAP developers

- Review technical designs to ensure they meet functional requirements

- Manage the delivery of Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms

- Coordinate with developers on the use of BAPIs, BADIs, and User Exits to ensure system integrity

- Oversee Unit Testing, System Integration Testing, and support User Acceptance Testing

- Provide high-level support for complex production issues that require a mix of functional and technical investigation

*Non-Negotiable Requirements*

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field

- 5–10 years of hands-on experience in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA specifically within the SD and MM domains

- Proven participation in at least 2–3 full-cycle implementations or large-scale global rollouts, covering all phases from blueprinting to go-live

- Direct experience with S/4HANA migrations and a clear understanding of the simplified data model in S/4HANA

- Experience working within industry-specific best practices such as Luxury Retail, Manufacturing, or Public Sector

- Experience leading projects that involve heavy integration with other modules like SAP FI or SAP EWM

- Experience managing end-to-end processes that flow across multiple modules

- Amenable to working onsite 1x a week in McKinley, Taguig, on a mid-shift schedule

- Must not be a present or former employee of CGI
