Job Title:*Scheduler (Workforce Scheduler)

Work Location: Alphaland Makati

Work Setup and Schedule: Onsite / Shifting

Salary:27K

Headcount: 1 for Alphaland

Overview:

Responsible for creating and managing effective schedules that align staffing requirements with forecasted demand.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain employee schedules based on forecasts

- Manage shift bids, schedule adjustments, and updates

- Ensure optimal staffing coverage while minimizing costs

- Coordinate closely with operations teams

Basic Qualifications:

- At least 1 year of experience in WFM scheduling

- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills

- Knowledge of forecasting and capacity planning concepts

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
