JOB TITLE: Senior Client Services Agent - Financial Account

SCHEDULE: Graveyard/Night Shift
SALARY RANGE: ₱30,000 – ₱35,000 + Joining Bonus
ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking dedicated Senior Client Services Agents to join our financial investments team. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for financial advisors and clients, ensuring seamless service delivery for investment account inquiries, transactions, and related services. Your expertise will help create positive experiences while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond promptly and professionally to client and financial advisor inquiries regarding investment accounts, transactions, and services
- Assess customer needs through effective information gathering, research, and problem-solving using standard processes
- Provide accurate information on investment products, account balances, and performance reports
- Resolve account-related issues efficiently while maintaining quality standards
- Coordinate with higher-level support for out-of-scope concerns
- Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for process enhancement and service efficiency improvements
- Participate in special projects and additional duties as assigned
- Document call details clearly and cohesively following quality standards
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- At least Senior High School Graduate (K-12) or College Undergraduate in any course
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to convey complex financial information clearly and understandably
- Strong customer service orientation with a proactive approach
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Typing/keyboarding proficiency
- Basic computer and internet literacy
- Solid business acumen with conceptual thinking capabilities

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 2 years of experience handling Voice Accounts in BPO/Contact Center environments
- Financial account experience is a plus (Wealth and Asset Management, stocks, bonds, mutual funds)
- Immediate availability to start
- Willing to work 100% onsite at McKinley Hill, Taguig
- Amenable to graveyard/night shift schedules
