Job Title: Senior Front-End / UI Developer – AEM
Location: Makati City
Work Setup: Hybrid
Work Schedule: Night Shift – 8:00 PM
Salary: Up to PHP 150,700/month

Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Front-End / UI Developer with strong hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and modern front-end technologies. The role will focus on developing scalable, responsive, accessible, and high-performing customer-facing web experiences while collaborating with product, UX, QA, backend, DevOps, and business teams.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain responsive and scalable web interfaces for AEM-based websites and applications.
Translate UI/UX designs, wireframes, and business requirements into high-quality user interfaces.
Develop and maintain reusable AEM components, templates, dialogs, and front-end libraries.
Build front-end functionality using HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, JavaScript, and Vue.js.
Integrate front-end applications with REST APIs, backend services, and AEM content structures.
Support enhancements, defect fixes, releases, migration activities, stabilization, and production support.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex front-end, AEM, browser compatibility, and performance issues.
Participate in code reviews and follow front-end development and AEM best practices.
Collaborate with distributed product, QA, backend, DevOps, security, and vendor teams.
Identify opportunities to improve component reuse, performance, reliability, and maintainability.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
Senior-level experience in Front-End/UI Web Development.
Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including Sites, components, templates, dialogs, content structures, and author/publish workflows.
Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, JavaScript, and responsive web development.
Experience with Vue.js or similar modern JavaScript frameworks.
Experience integrating front-end applications with REST APIs and backend services.
Good understanding of accessibility, cross-browser compatibility, UI/UX implementation, performance optimization, and debugging.
Experience with Git or similar version-control tools.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with distributed teams.
Preferred Qualifications
7+ years of professional web development experience or equivalent senior-level capability.
Experience with AEM 6.5 / AEM as a Cloud Service, Cloud Manager, Apache Sling, HTL/Sightly, OSGi, Dispatcher, and DAM.
Production experience with Vue.js; React or Angular is an advantage.
Experience supporting enterprise-scale, multi-region, or high-availability web platforms.
Familiarity with Java, .NET, or backend integration patterns.
Experience with Agile/Scrum, Azure DevOps/JIRA, sprint planning, and release coordination.
Exposure to CI/CD, DevOps, secure software delivery, vulnerability remediation, and production deployments.
