About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Network Engineer to design, implement, manage, and optimize enterprise network infrastructure across complex global environments. You will play a key role in network architecture, infrastructure deployment, migration projects, incident management, and continuous service improvement while collaborating with multinational teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and optimize enterprise network infrastructure and solutions.

- Install, configure, and support network technologies including Infoblox DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM), routers, and switches.

- Lead network infrastructure deployment and application migration projects.

- Manage Incident, Problem, and Change Management activities across enterprise WAN/LAN and security infrastructure.

- Perform root cause analysis, troubleshoot complex network issues, and implement permanent resolutions.

- Maintain accurate network documentation, diagrams, inventory, and operational procedures.

- Support infrastructure audits, security compliance, and vulnerability remediation.

- Collaborate with cross-functional infrastructure teams on global projects and technology initiatives.

- Provide technical leadership for network migrations, integrations, and service improvements.

- Monitor network performance while ensuring service availability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Experience working with multinational or global teams.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio).

Eligibility (Non-Negotiable)

- Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in enterprise network engineering and infrastructure deployment.

- Proven experience managing end-to-end network infrastructure projects, including application migrations.

- Strong experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise network solutions is required.

- Hands-on experience with Infoblox DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM), routers, switches, WAN/LAN, and network infrastructure management is highly preferred.

- Experience with Incident, Problem, and Change Management in enterprise environments is required.

- Candidates must be willing to work a hybrid setup in Quezon City (3–4 days onsite) on a Morning/Mid Shift schedule.

- Applicants should demonstrate stable employment history (not a frequent job hopper).
