Job Details

Job Title: Senior Staff Accountant – Supervisor
Work Location: McKinley, Taguig
Work Setup: Hybrid (after training)

Training: 100% Onsite (2–3 months)

Shift: Night Shift
Salary: ₱65,000 Package
Signing Bonus: ₱40,000

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Staff Accountant to join our dynamic Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing complex accounting functions, including general ledger preparation, financial reporting, year-end audit preparation, and supporting budgeting and forecasting activities.

This role offers a hybrid work setup following successful completion of onsite training and requires working on a night shift schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
Analyze and interpret monthly and quarterly financial results, identifying trends and variances.
Handle large data sets and perform data manipulation for financial reporting and analysis.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other financial reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives within the accounting function.
Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation.

Qualifications

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (Non-negotiable)
At least 4 years of accounting experience
Good communication skills
Sound accounting knowledge (Non-negotiable)
Experience with ERP systems (SAP or similar)
Experience handling and manipulating large data sets (Non-negotiable)
Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Proficient in creating Pivot Tables (step-by-step knowledge required; Non-negotiable)

CPA

CPA is preferred, but qualified Non-CPA candidates are welcome to apply.
