The Senior Systems Analyst partners with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and define system requirements, translating them into clear specifications. They facilitate workshops, document user needs, and develop user stories, epics, and release plans to guide delivery. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the analyst ensures solutions align with business processes, particularly Procure-to-Pay and Finance, while supporting integrations with Oracle ERP and cloud systems. Responsibilities include shaping design decisions, supporting Agile delivery, preparing test data, developing test scripts, and leading UAT sessions. The role also involves conducting training, creating job aids, and providing post-implementation support, including troubleshooting and issue resolution. Analysts may perform hands-on technical work such as SQL queries, PL/SQL updates, or SaaS configuration. They track requirements through the project lifecycle, manage changes, and ensure solutions deliver expected business benefits.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in IT or related fields, five years’ experience as a Systems Analyst with ERP financial applications, strong Procure-to-Pay knowledge, Oracle ERP expertise, SQL proficiency, and experience with integrations, reporting, and Agile delivery. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills are essential.
