Role: Spanish Bilingual - Voice Account

Program: Retirement Services

Site: Manila

Set up: Onsite but Potential Hybrid - Fixed weekends off

Relevant Spanish Work Experience

Minimum 12-17 months

Basic Pay: 19,000

Complexity: 3,000

Standard Allowance: 2,675

Language Allowance: 55,000

Total Package: 79,675

Mid

18 Months and Up

Basic Pay: 19,000

Complexity: 3,000

Standard Allowance: 2,675

Language Allowance: 60,000

Total Package: 84,675

Qualification: 1 year - 1.6 months experience as a SPANISH Bilingual account

Additional selling points: US Holidays, P4P Incentive Scheme (as much as Php7,500), New Requirement - opportunities.
