Description
We're hiring Spanish CSR agents for an on-site role in BGC Taguig!
THE OFFER
- Night shift position
- Salary: ₦50,000 - ₦65,000
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree or 2 years in College (no back subjects)
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Minimum 2 years of Spanish Representative experience
- At least 1 year BPO experience
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
- Proficient in MS Office applications

- Handle Spanish customer inquiries and issues
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Multi-task and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- Utilize MS Office applications effectively
