Are you a Spanish-speaking BPO professional looking for an exciting career opportunity with a competitive salary?

We are hiring Spanish-Speaking Technical Support Representatives to join our team in Taguig. This is a great opportunity for candidates with BPO and technical support experience who are ready to take the next step in their careers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Spanish-speaking Filipino candidates
• At least 6 months of BPO experience
• Technical Support Representative (TSR) background preferred
• Strong English and Spanish communication skills
• Minimum of 2 years in college, with no back subjects
• Willing to work onsite in Taguig
• Willing to work on a shifting and night-shift schedule
• Strong customer service, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide technical support and assistance to customers
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical concerns efficiently
• Communicate professionally with customers in English and Spanish
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Document customer interactions accurately
• Maintain excellent customer service while meeting performance targets
