Are you a results-driven leader with a passion for sales and a background in SaaS and cybersecurity?
Sutherland is looking for a Team Manager - Sales Development Representative to lead a high-performing team in our tech program. We're seeking a proactive and goal-oriented individual to manage a team of 3-15 SDRs and drive success through effective coaching and strategic leadership.
What You'll Be Doing
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Sales Development Representatives, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Guide your team in generating and qualifying inbound leads from various channels (webinars, product demos, online forms, etc.).
- Pipeline Management: Ensure accurate CRM data entry and effective tracking of leads through the sales pipeline.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align strategies, provide market insights, and ensure a seamless feedback loop.
What We're Looking For
- Mandatory: Recent sales experience in a SaaS environment.
- Technical Knowledge: Working knowledge of Cybersecurity, Networking, or System Administration.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience managing a team of technical sales representatives in a SaaS environment.
- Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to navigate computer systems and multitask effectively.
- Familiarity with data analysis and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
