Qualifications

- At least 3 months Call Center Experience

- High School / Senior High School Graduate

- Good communication skills in English

- Willing to work onsite in Cagayan de Oro

- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays

What You’ll Do

- Handle customer inquiries for a Telco account via voice, chat, or email

- Provide excellent customer service and technical support

- Troubleshoot basic account and service concerns

- Meet quality and performance targets

- Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
