Job Summary
Join our Telco Billing team and help customers with billing inquiries, payment concerns, and account-related requests while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries regarding billing, payments, and account charges.
Explain billing statements and payment options clearly.
Resolve billing concerns accurately and efficiently.
Maintain complete and accurate customer records.
Deliver a positive customer experience in every interaction.
Qualifications
Atleast High School or Senior High School Graduate.
Preferably with at least 7 months of customer service experience in a technical support or sales account.
Excellent communication skills.
Confident in handling customer concerns.
Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule.
