Job Description
We are hiring Telecommunications Support Associates to assist customers with mobile and internet service inquiries, account concerns, and service-related requests while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate
With or without BPO experience
Good English communication skills
Basic computer skills
Willing to work onsite
Willing to work on shifting schedules
