Position: Thai Customer Support Representative
Location: Onsite – Quezon City
Schedule: Shifting / Night Shift
Salary: (Negotiable based on experience)
Bonus: PHP 20,000 Sign-on Bonus + Performance Incentives
Start: ASAP

What You'll Do

Deliver exceptional customer support in Thai via phone, chat, and email.
Assist customers with account inquiries, billing concerns, products, and service requests.
Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Accurately document customer interactions in company systems.
Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.

Who We're Looking For

Fluent in Thai (spoken and written) with good English communication skills.
Open to fresh graduates and candidates with or without BPO experience.
Collections or Order-to-Cash (O2C) experience is an advantage but not required.
Must be legally authorized to work in the Philippines.
Accepts candidates with a valid Work Visa or Temporary Resident Visa.
