Role: Thai Speaking Agent - WFH

Location: Work From Home - Philippines-based

Work Setup: Work From Home - Shifting / Night Shift

Salary: Up to PHP 110,027.33 + PHP 20,000 Sign-On Bonus + Incentives

Headcount: 20 Slots Open

*YOUR ROLE:*

- Handle customer inquiries in Thai and English via phone, chat, and email

- Assist with account-related concerns, billing inquiries, and service requests

- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues efficiently

- Accurately document all customer interactions in the system

- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets

*WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:*

- Fluent in Thai - Spoken and written, able to handle professional and complex conversations

- Good English communication skills - Training and systems in English

- With or without BPO experience - Freshers welcome!

- Collections or Order-to-Cash (O2C) experience is an advantage but not required

- Must be eligible to work in the Philippines - Valid work visa / TRV accepted for non-Filipino applicants
