Salary Range: PHP 100,000 – 120,000
Other Incentives/Allowance: PHP 2,500

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Thai-speaking Customer Service Representative will be responsible for delivering exceptional support and service to customers through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat. The role involves assisting clients with inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming and outgoing customer interactions in Thai and English professionally and accurately.

Provide assistance with product or service inquiries, troubleshooting, and order processing.

Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Accurately record customer information and transaction details in the system.

Follow up on customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.

Meet performance targets, including quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction metrics.

Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues when necessary.

Adapt to shifting schedules and onsite work arrangements.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years in college.
-
At least 1 year of BPO experience.
-
At least 1 year of experience as a Customer Service Representative (CSR).

Excellent communication skills in Thai and English.

Willing to work onsite in Taguig or Vertis North QC under a shifting schedule.

For foreign nationals: Must possess a valid 13A Visa, PRV, or TRV.
