Job Title: Training Assistant Manager

Account: Microsoft Account.

Salary: 45,000 max offer, but willing to extend until 70,000 based on qualifications

Work location/Set up: Clark, Pampanga/Onsite

Shift Schedule: Shifting schedule

Former employee of Teleperformance – not eligible for rehire, either direct or through a third party

***No relocation assistance is available. candidates within Pampanga or nearby areas only***

The start date is later than November 14.

For the rendering period, we can only endorse candidates who can start on or before December 14.

Qualifications :

Must have a Helpdesk-type background (hardware and software troubleshooting experience)

Familiar with operating systems troubleshooting.

Microsoft product knowledge is required

Should have experience supporting a BPO environment(Required)

Minimum of 3-4 years in training or teaching-related tasks(Required)

Must be an IT graduate or undergraduate with at least 2 years of college experience(Required)

Telco and general tech backgrounds are not accepted
