Qualifications :
Must have a Helpdesk-type background (hardware and software troubleshooting experience)
Familiar with operating systems troubleshooting.
Microsoft product knowledge is required
Should have experience supporting a BPO environment(Required)
Minimum of 3-4 years in training or teaching-related tasks(Required)
Must be an IT graduate or undergraduate with at least 2 years of college experience(Required)
Telco and general tech backgrounds are not accepted
