Job Title : Training Content Designer | Instructional Designer | Articulate Storyline & Rise | E-Learning | WFH

Job Description:

We are hiring a Training Content Designer / Instructional Designer to create engaging and effective digital learning experiences, training materials, e-learning modules, and instructional content.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise, along with experience in storyboarding, e-learning development, content writing, video creation, and graphic design.

A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end training content development is mandatory.

Work Setup: Work From Home (WFH)
Location: EDSA Greenfield, Philippines
Shift: Graveyard (GY) Shift
Experience: 1–2+ Years

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop engaging e-learning courses and digital training content.
Create complex interactive learning modules using Articulate Storyline.
Develop visually engaging courses using Articulate Rise.
Create detailed storyboards and manage content development from concept to completion.
Analyze learning requirements and collaborate with SMEs and business stakeholders.
Develop training videos, instructional materials, and computer-based learning programs.
Create and edit visual content using graphic design and video editing tools.
Provide guidance and support to trainers during new course launches.
Monitor training effectiveness and support learning evaluation initiatives.
Manage multiple projects while meeting quality, timeline, and business requirements.

Required Qualifications

1–2+ years of experience in Training Content Design, Instructional Design, E-Learning Development, or Learning & Development.
Advanced proficiency in Articulate Storyline, including complex independent builds.
Strong hands-on experience with Articulate Rise.
Experience creating storyboards and developing training content end-to-end.
Experience creating e-learning modules and training videos.
Strong knowledge of e-learning development principles.
Graphic design experience using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar.
Strong content writing skills.
Portfolio is mandatory.

Preferred Skills

Synthesia or similar AI video creation tools.
Video production and editing.
Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Instructional design methodologies.
Training needs analysis.
Content development and curriculum design.
