Job Details

Job Title: Training Content Designer
Salary: Up to ₱55,000 Max (depending on skills and experience)
Work Setup: Work from Home / EDSA Greenfield
Shift Schedule: Night Shift (Graveyard)

Job Description

The Training Content Designer focuses on designing and developing comprehensive training curricula and materials for the general workforce as well as specialized functional and technical areas.

Key Responsibilities

Needs Analysis & Collaboration: Analyze employee learning needs and partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and business leadership to shape course content.
Assessment & Execution: Plan and coordinate skills assessments and training initiatives.
Trainer Support: Provide guidance and instruction to trainers; facilitate training sessions during the launch of new courses when required.
Impact & Evaluation: Develop and track metrics to evaluate training program effectiveness and business value.
E-Learning & Vendor Management: Design computer-based training modules and oversee external vendors selected to develop content or conduct training.
Quality & Standards: Apply deep subject matter expertise to solve specific learning challenges while ensuring all deliverables meet time, cost, and quality standards in compliance with professional discipline.

Non-Negotiable Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in Instructional Design.
Tool Proficiency: Proven expertise using Articulate 360.
E-Learning Development: Strong foundation and practical knowledge in building e-learning modules.
Portfolio Required: A link to a work portfolio/sample gallery must be provided with the submission.
