Role Overview:

We are seeking a Training Content Designer to develop training curriculum and materials for the general workforce and targeted functional/technical areas. You will analyze employee learning needs, partner with subject matter experts, and create engaging e-learning modules.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze employee learning needs and partner with SMEs and business management for course content.

Plan and coordinate skills assessments and training.

Provide instruction and guidance to trainers; facilitate training during new course introductions.

Develop and monitor metrics for evaluating training effectiveness.

Design computer-based training programs using Articulate 360.

Select and/or oversee vendors to develop training content or conduct training.

Qualifications:

At least 1 year of relevant experience – required.

Background in Articulate 360 – required.

Background in Instructional Design – required.

Knowledgeable in e-learning development – required.

Portfolio required – mandatory.
