Training Manager – Tax / Finance

Sucat, Metro Manila | Onsite | Night Shift | Up to ₱110,000

We are seeking a results-driven Training Manager with strong expertise in U.S. Tax and Finance operations to lead and elevate our training programs. This role is ideal for a strategic leader who can develop high-performing teams, drive process improvements, and deliver impactful learning solutions in a fast-paced BPO environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement training programs aligned with U.S. Tax and Finance processes
Lead, mentor, and manage training teams to ensure high-quality delivery and performance
Collaborate with operations and stakeholders to identify training needs and close performance gaps
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
Monitor training effectiveness through metrics, reporting, and ongoing evaluations
Ensure compliance with client requirements and organizational standards

Qualifications:

Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt Certified (required)
Proven experience in U.S. Tax processes (non-negotiable)
At least 6 months experience as Training Supervisor, Assistant Training Manager, or Training Manager
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience in BPO/shared services environment preferred
